Our sister company, Helping Hand Accounts, provides accounting, tax, audit and payroll services in Malawi. Three companies, three specialisms, and one group behind them.

We get asked about this a lot, usually after a client notices that their assistant has quietly got a designer involved. So here's the full picture.

Helping Hand PA: assistants and admin

That's us. We provide personal assistants for business and home: inbox and diary management, travel, research, documents, data entry, financial admin and personal tasks. Every assistant is a full-time employee, background-checked and trained before they meet a client, with a backup who knows your setup. We work from Blackheath in London and from Lilongwe in Malawi. Hustle Media: our parent company

Hustle Media is a creative and digital agency based in Blackheath, London. They handle web design and development, content creation, video and media production, digital marketing, SEO and branding.

For our clients, Hustle Media is the specialist bench behind your assistant. When a task needs more than organisation, like a social graphic, a landing page, a product video or a fix to your website, it goes to their designers, content creators and developers rather than to someone learning on the job. It's why we can offer social media and web design services alongside admin.

Helping Hand Accounts: accounting and tax in Malawi

Helping Hand Accounts is our sister company for accounting. They work with businesses and individuals in Malawi on:

• Bookkeeping, management accounts and financial statements
• Tax preparation and planning, including PAYE, VAT, FBT and WHT returns
• Internal audits and financial reviews
• HR and payroll management
• Company registration, plus Sage and QuickBooks training

The split is deliberate. At Helping Hand PA we do the admin around your finances: invoicing, chasing, receipts, filing and getting your records ready. We don't give financial advice. When a business needs qualified accounting or tax work in Malawi, that's what Helping Hand Accounts is for. Our month-end admin routine shows where one job stops and the other starts.
